Refund & Return Policy

Custom-Made Items
Due to the personalised nature of custom-made jewellery, these products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the customer approves the final design and production begins.

Standard Products
Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving them. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging and certificates.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage may be refused or subject to a deduction.

Return Process
Customers must contact us before sending any item back. A return authorisation and instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

Evaluation
Returns are inspected for authenticity and condition. Refunds are processed using the original payment method once evaluation is complete.

Exclusions
Returns may be refused where hygiene standards apply or where the value of gemstones has diminished due to improper handling.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us promptly. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
