Placing an Order
Custom design requests are submitted through our website. We review each request, provide a design proposal, and proceed only after the customer confirms the final design in writing. Once confirmed, the order becomes binding.

Custom-Made Jewellery
Custom-made or personalised items are created specifically for each customer. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the final design has been approved. Production and delivery times will vary depending on the complexity of the design and communication required throughout the process.

Standard Products
For non-custom items, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all packaging and documentation.

Pricing, VAT & Payment
All prices are listed exclusive of VAT, which will be added at checkout.
We accept major payment methods. Identity verification (KYC) may be required to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud. Transactions may be subject to identity verification (KYC). Orders may be declined or cancelled if verification fails or fraud is suspected.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide except to countries under international sanctions.
Delivery costs depend on the destination, shipping method, and any additional services requested by the customer, such as insurance or express delivery. Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the shipping provider. Insurance is optional and available at an additional cost.

Gemstone Certification
Certification may be provided on request where available. The valuation of gemstones is based solely on our pricing; we do not offer independent appraisal services.

Images displayed on our website are for illustration. Natural gemstones may vary slightly in colour, size, or appearance.

All designs, images, and content on our website are owned by LITARAA LTD and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. Claims relating to damage or loss during transit apply only when the customer has purchased shipping insurance.
